What are the sources used for the reports?
This data comes from proprietary survey research conducted in-house by Springboard Labs.
What's included in each report?
Each report includes an executive summary, key trend charts, consumer sentiment analysis, and a methodology appendix outlining data sources and collection periods.
How often are reports published?
Reports are published quarterly.
Can I see a sample report before purchasing or subscribing?
Yes — a sample report is available for download on our website so you can review the format and content before subscribing.
How far back does the report archive go?
Subscribers have access to our full archive of past reports, dating back to October 2023.
Format & Delivery
How will I access my report? (PDF, interactive platform, etc.)
Reports are delivered as downloadable PDFs. Single-report purchases are available for immediate download right after payment. If you have a subscription, you'll receive the report by email as soon as it's published. Subscribers who add data access can also explore the underlying data via database tool (coming soon)
Can I download reports, or do I only view them online?
You can download the full PDF report at any time after it's published, in addition to viewing it online.
Are reports optimized for mobile or tablet viewing?
Yes, our PDF reports are formatted for easy reading on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

What subscription plans are available, and what's included in each tier?
We offer two subscription options: quarterly reports only, or quarterly reports plus data access via database tool (coming soon)
What's the difference between a single-report purchase and a subscription?
A single-report purchase gives you one-time access to a specific report, specific quarter. A subscription gives you ongoing access to all new reports as they're published, plus data access upgrade available, for the length of your plan.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription at any time?
Can cancel anytime before next renewal, effective at end of current billing period.
Is there a free trial or sample tier?
No.
Do subscribers get early or exclusive access to new reports?
Yes, subscribers receive each new report as soon as it's published, ahead of any single-report purchase availability.
Are there team or multi-seat subscription options?

What does "data access to all sources" include beyond the PDF report?
This gives subscribers access to the underlying data behind each report — across all sources used — so you can explore trends beyond what's summarized in the PDF.
Can I export the underlying data, or only view it in the report?
Subscribers with data access can export to Excel/CSV / view via a dashboard
How current is the underlying data compared to the published report?
The data reflects the same collection period as the report it accompanies. Reports are updated quarterly. Fielded 1 month prior to publishing

How do I access my report after subscribing or purchasing?
After checkout, you'll receive a confirmation email with a direct download link, and reports will also be available anytime in your account dashboard.
Will I be notified when a new report is published?
Yes, subscribers receive an email notification each time a new report is released.
